Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the prediksi77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or email address used.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your registration information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

prediksi77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the prediksi77 platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currency is accepted. Accepted Payment Methods include:

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers and FPX. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation. prediksi77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified under KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.

Funds deposited by you remain your personal property and are held separately from company operating funds. prediksi77 does not pay interest on player balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 365 consecutive days) may be subject to an account maintenance fee of RM10 per calendar month after the inactivity period ends, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

prediksi77 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game restrictions. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. New accounts claimed using false information are not entitled to bonus funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games with a theoretical RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.
• prediksi77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.
• Bonuses awarded in error must be returned. prediksi77 will not be liable for winnings generated from erroneous bonus awards.

Loyalty programme points are earned on qualifying wagers as specified in the programme terms. Points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value except as redeemable within the programme.

All bets placed on the prediksi77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or sport. For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except where prediksi77 exercises its right to void bets due to errors, technical faults, or suspected irregularities.
• prediksi77 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international competitions, match results used to settle bets are based on the official result at the end of normal time (90 minutes) plus injury time, unless otherwise specified.
• Live betting markets are offered in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• In the event of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account balance.

For casino and slot games, the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules are provided by the relevant Game Provider and displayed within each game. prediksi77 is not responsible for errors in Game Provider software; any such issues are escalated directly to the relevant provider.
